If you choose to have your wedding abroad, it is even more difficult if you don't know the island, customs and mentality of the people. One of the habits in Spain is "mañana, mañana". With an extensive network, I can help you find the perfect venue and professional, reliable suppliers. I can take care of everything, but if you want to organise certain things yourself, that's fine too.

Wedding Planning

When getting married abroad, a wedding planner is really a must. He or she knows the way around and will turn setbacks quickly into something positive. With a wedding abroad, there is always more to it than planning it in your own country. An extra advantage if you pick me as your wedding planner; you won't have to pay travel and accommodation costs, as I am already on the island.

You can think of the following tasks I can take care of for you; Plan of action and time table. Searching, visiting and contracting the venue. Requesting quotes from suppliers and all communication + arrangements (for example a caterer, equipment hire, styling and decoration, photographer, videographer, wedding cake, DJ & live music). Creating scenario of the day. Day Coordination. Welcome your guests. Communication with your guests. Supplier management. Celebrant.

Rates mentioned on my website exclude VAT and travel costs in Mallorca at € 0,35 per km.

Separate services

Are you able to plan much of your wedding yourself? That's great! I work flexible, so take me on board for the parts you need help with. My network in Mallorca is large and I only work with the best suppliers. So let me know which pieces of the puzzle you are missing in the organisation and I will be happy to help you complete that puzzle. I can help you for instance to find a supplier for catering, wedding cake, material, stylist, DJ, photographer, etc. I can also help you with the planning, scenario of the day, budget management, invitations, table arrangement, advice, ideas and solutions.

Wedding Venue

Finding a venue is one of the most important first steps in organizing your wedding. If you have a wedding date in mind, I can do research for available and suitable wedding venues with prices and options, based on your wishes. I have knowledge of the conditions per location.

Celebrant

It would be my honour to lead your ceremony as celebrant. Every wedding couple has a unique story. I take the time to listen to your story and make a beautiful personal speech. I love a ceremony in a relaxed atmosphere where bridal couple and guests are laughing. But shedding a tear is allowed too.

Wedding Day Coordinator

Have you got time and knowledge enough to organize the entire wedding yourself? On the wedding day itself, you don’t want to be busy coordinating. If you and your guests want to enjoy the day to the max and without any stress, then hire a professional day coordinator and let me help you. I will make sure the whole day runs smooth and you don’t have to worry about anything. Before the wedding, we will have contact and discuss the planning of the day including all the details. Before the wedding I also check with all suppliers that they will do as they promised to do.
