Nice to meet you here on my website. My name is Yvonne Harmelwaard. I am Dutch, hapily married, proud mother of an adult son and daughter and since 2021 living in a beautiful village in Mallorca.
In the past I have been living and working in England, Germany and Spain, so I have got good knowledge of these languages.
I met my husband when we both worked as entertainer in Mallorca. That’s why we decided to move to Mallorca in 2021 to live and work there.
I have been organizing plenty of party’s, teambuildings, events and weddings and started my own business in 2017. As a qualified wedding planner, professional wedding coordinator and wedding celebrant, it is my privilege to be part of your best day ever. I build up a good network with nice and professional vendors in Mallorca and I am thrilled to help couples like you who are dreaming of having their wedding on this beautiful island.

Most important for me is to help couples to realise their unique, personal and perfect wedding. I’ve got an eye for detail and only go for quality. My services will be professional, as well as those from all the other vendors I work with.
It’s important for me to first meet and hear all about your plans and whishes. If it is not possible to have personal contact because of the distance, we can talk by telephone, e-mail or have a Face Time call. We will discuss what I can do for you and I will answer all your questions.

I like to have good communication and help you with everything you need help with. We make a clear plan in advance, have a look at your budget and I will do my utmost best to keep everything within your budget. You will make all decisions yourselves. You are director of your own wedding, I am responsible for the implementation. So let’s work together!

For a lot of people it is not easy to plan their wedding within their budget. There are so many vendors on the market with different prices. Where do you start if you don’t know them? My network in Mallorca is big, so I know the vendors that you need in order to plan your wedding within your budget and according to your wishes.
Venue & Decor
There are many beautiful venues in Mallorca, so what is the right one for you and your wedding party? I will help you to find your unique venue and we discuss if you want a special theme or color during the day. We can adjust the decor and other settings according to this theme. I will help you to create your special day.
Wedding Day Coordination
You don’t want to put up a friend or relative with a lot of work on your wedding day but rather leave this to a professional. I will do all coordination from the start until the end. I will be there to welcome your guests, your vendors and make sure everything runs smoothly during the day. You and your guests only need to relax and enjoy!
